Rudolf Gasparov
Head of Moscow Office

Career began in 2016 in the administration of a district court of general jurisdiction, then continued in a court of appeal. Total experience in the judicial system exceeds ten years. He carried out the full cycle of organizational and legal support for judicial proceedings: monitoring procedural deadlines, analytical processing of case materials, and drafting court decisions. Experience in the appellate court enabled him to study the criteria for the legality and well-foundedness of judicial acts, as well as the typical errors made by first-instance courts.

In-depth inside knowledge of the judicial system allows him to provide an accurate forecast of a dispute’s prospects and to build a legal position consistent with established judicial practice. Understanding of procedural mechanisms — from the acceptance of a statement of claim to the review of a case in a higher instance — enables him to take the necessary actions in the client’s interest in a timely manner.

Each case is handled with an emphasis on the procedural specifics of the particular category of dispute and enables navigating complex procedural situations. This approach ensures the legal position is implemented within the procedures established by law and minimizes procedural risks for the client.
