Head of Criminal Practice

Career began in the investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Krasnodar Krai. Practice included investigation of various categories of criminal cases: crimes against the person, crimes against sexual inviolability, economic and corruption-related crimes, and crimes against minors, tried in the Krasnodar Regional Court.

Experience on the prosecution side provided an insight into investigative mechanisms, the strategies employed by investigators, and methods used to counter the defense. Today, this experience helps build an effective defense: anticipating investigative steps, minimizing the risk of obtaining material evidence, and leveraging the full range of available legal instruments.

Inside knowledge of the investigative system is the principal tool in today’s work. Understanding the investigator’s logic and the mechanics of building a case, they construct a defense that minimizes risks and turns every procedural violation to the client’s advantage.
